About this role

We are seeking a Junior AI Engineer – Agentic Workflows to support the development of generative AI systems and contribute to reliable, production-ready workflows. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to translate business problems into structured solutions, gaining hands-on experience in designing and implementing agentic workflows.

You will contribute to multi-step systems using LangGraph (or similar) and interact with leading LLM providers. You will build strong engineering habits with tools such as Claude Code and similar assistants, while learning to apply evaluation, quality, and observability practices to improve reliability and cost awareness.

Requirements

Familiarity with generative AI concepts and large language models
Experience or coursework with workflow orchestration frameworks like LangGraph
Basic proficiency in Python programming
Understanding of evaluation and quality metrics for AI systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Interest in learning observability and cost optimization practices for AI workflows

Responsibilities
