Join the Big Data team as an AI Data Engineer Intern to help power the data foundation behind advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence.

You will collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, analytics engineers, and data product managers to design, optimize, and scale modern data pipelines. These pipelines fuel AI models, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This internship offers hands-on experience with real production systems and modern data stack technologies. You will learn to build AI-ready data systems using industry best practices, including modern data warehousing, pipeline design, and workflow orchestration.

Requirements

Strong interest in Data Engineering, Cloud Technologies and AI/ML applications.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP.
Exposure to orchestration tools like Airflow.
Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Superset, PowerBI, or Tableau.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design, optimize, and scale modern data pipelines to fuel AI models and business intelligence.
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product managers on data initiatives.
Build AI-ready data systems using modern data stack technologies in a cloud-native environment.
Implement data transformation and modeling using DBT.
Orchestrate data workflows using Airflow.
Manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform as Infrastructure as Code.
Document technical solutions and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
