About this role

Join TIFIN's summer internship program to build real-world AI systems and agent workflows used by leading financial institutions. Paired with an AI Engineering leader, focus on a single project for three months while learning to ship production-grade AI from day one.

Work on projects like developing a production-grade multi-agent copilot for financial advisors that retrieves client data, analyzes portfolios, generates insights, and enforces compliance. Or design end-to-end AI workflows from client discovery to compliant meeting preparation, replacing fragmented tools with autonomous systems.

TIFIN builds the AI operating layer for wealth with agentic workflows for investors, advisors, and operations teams. The world-class team brings expertise from Google, Microsoft, Uber, BlackRock, and more, backed by partners like J.P. Morgan, SEI, and Franklin Templeton.

Embrace values like Grow at the Edge with a beginner’s mindset, authentic communication, and I Win for Teamwin. Top performers receive full-time offers, gaining hands-on experience deploying secure, compliant AI into production environments.
