We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer in Engineering Tools to support Test Automation, Engineering, and Product Managers across one or more scrum teams.

In this role, you will focus on creating and maintaining Automation frameworks, Performance Tests, and Internal Tools for Engineering Productivity, while also driving AI Automation initiatives. You will work with a small and nimble engineering team to ensure that new features and tooling are continually shipped with the highest quality and automation coverage.

You will collaborate with key partners including product management, data science, and designers, and partner with other Automation Engineers to continuously evolve Automation Testing frameworks. Your work will directly stabilize CI/CD infrastructure including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Performance tests.

Requirements

  • BS in CS or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of overall software development/automation experience.
  • Familiarity with Agentic Tools and Technologies (Claude, Codex, Augment, etc.).
  • In-depth experience using Quality/Automation frameworks like Selenium, Behave, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
  • Passionate about shipping the highest quality products.
  • Must be highly proactive and a self-starter; everyone contributes to design, product, front-end, back-end, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Agentic AI Automation initiatives that involve internal and external tools/vendors.
  • Work with a small and nimble engineering team to ensure that new features and tooling are continually shipped with the highest quality and automation coverage.
  • Stabilize CI/CD infrastructure including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD as well as Performance tests.
  • Collaborate with key partners, including product management, data science, and designers.
  • Partner with other Automation Engineers to continuously evolve Automation Testing frameworks.
  • Create and maintain Automation frameworks, Performance Tests, and Internal Tools for Engineering Productivity.
