About this role

As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you will design and deliver next-generation AI solutions shaping the future of financial services. You will bring hands-on experience in agile development and engineering best practices to Capco's Technology Delivery Team.

Across the full AI lifecycle, you will move from research and prototyping through to production deployment of transformative enterprise-grade solutions. This includes building applications with foundation models and advanced GenAI techniques such as Agentic RAG and KG-RAG.

You will develop autonomous agents using modern agentic frameworks and implement MCP integrations along with Python-based full-stack solutions. Scalable REST APIs will be designed and AI workloads deployed across cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

In a collaborative and flat consulting culture, you will work with Tier 1 financial institutions while accessing continuous learning and training opportunities. This role lets you help shape digital transformation across financial services and energy sectors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field
5+ years of experience in AI/ML-focused software engineering
Hands-on production experience with LLMs and agentic systems
Strong expertise in Python and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern development practices
Willingness to work on-site in our office 3 days/week
