Legl is building the operating system for modern legal services, helping law firms replace manual workflows with intelligent software. The company is backed by leading European VCs and scales quickly with over 500 law firms. Senior engineers are expected to deliver meaningful product and business value.

You’ll own ambiguous high-impact problem spaces end-to-end across the stack, shaping problems with Product and Design using customer evidence. Build, ship, and iterate with clear accountability for outcomes, not just features. Use AI deliberately to increase leverage and reduce manual work.

We are builders with intentionally blurred lines between engineering, product, and design. AI is a core tool used to move faster safely and push beyond traditional stack boundaries. Strong judgment ensures correctness, safety, and customer trust.

You’ll be trusted to make decisions and expected to stand behind them. Actively enable the company by building tools, patterns, and workflows that help Legl prototype and ship faster. This role offers autonomy and responsibility for outcomes.

Requirements

Thrives in autonomy and takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks

Experience building, shipping, and iterating on production software end-to-end
