Build intelligence into every surface by generating always-up-to-date customer profiles from call recordings, emails, surveys, reviews, and touchpoints. Use website visitor metadata to dynamically prioritize testimonials, reviews, and case studies. Create AI-powered surveys and interviews that tailor questions to customer expertise and business needs.

Report to Head of Engineering and collaborate closely with CEO and customers, owning technical decisions, execution, and outcomes. Join a product-centered team of exclusively A-players shipping constantly. Work 4 days a week in midtown Manhattan office near Penn Station.

Requirements

5+ years building features for a SaaS product, including 1+ years building LLM-based features
MS or PhD in engineering, statistics, or another quantitative field
Fluent in Python, statistics, and distributed system design
Real-world experience with LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, and an eval framework

Responsibilities

Build intelligence into every surface by generating customer profiles from call recordings, emails, surveys, reviews, and touchpoints
Use website visitor metadata to dynamically prioritize testimonials, reviews, and case studies on-screen
Build AI-powered surveys and interviews that tailor questions to customer expertise and business needs
Ship features constantly, tuning prompts and models, designing database schemas, or improving caching strategies
Own the full loop: research, prototype, build, ship, measure
Collaborate closely with CEO and customers on technical decisions and outcomes
