Be part of a small, focused data team that treats analytics as a product. Goals go beyond technically correct models to ones that impact business decisions. Work on projects with an international footprint, solving real-world challenges.
Grow into broader ownership with direct mentorship from senior engineers. Participate in design discussions, pair with seniors, and learn technical decision-making. Play an active role in onboarding and mentoring as the team expands.
