Dublin, IE · Full-time · €85,000 – €120,000
About this role
This Engineering Productivity (EngProd) role at Arista Networks focuses on designing, building, scaling, and operating the systems that power the company's development teams. You will work with industry-standard tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Grafana, as well as internal systems built from the ground up to automate CI/CD, testing, analysis, and visualization.
Day-to-day, you will own projects from definition through deployment and customer interactions, covering all aspects of software development including feature additions, debugging, and performance tuning. You will collaborate with other engineers to identify bottlenecks and limitations in workflows, tooling, and infrastructure, then provide fixes for those problems.
The EngProd team believes observability is a cornerstone of stable systems and ensures all tooling and infrastructure is fully monitored and visualized. Arista prides itself on a supportive, growth-oriented culture where software engineers are expected to have a strong and broad background spanning multiple disciplines.
Over time, as your interests evolve, you will have the opportunity to switch from EngProd to other areas within Arista. This role is not limited to any single aspect of software development, offering a wide scope for technical growth and impact.
