Übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams IT Operations & Cloud und entwickelst dein Team kontinuierlich weiter. Verantwortest einen stabilen, sicheren und effizienten IT-Betrieb unter Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen. Steuerst Service Provider, Cloud-Provider und IT-Dienstleister für reibungslose Zusammenarbeit.

Arbeite eng mit anderen IT-Teams und Fachbereichen zusammen für transparente Kommunikation und bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit. Stelle die Anwendung von ITSM-Methoden sicher und optimierst Prozesse wie Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management. Plane Ressourcen und Kapazitäten in Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung.

Requirements

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or comparable qualification
Experience in IT operations, IT-Ops, or cloud environments, ideally focused on Microsoft Azure
Ideally first leadership experience or experience in functional team leadership
Experience managing IT service providers and knowledge of ITSM methods and processes (e.g., ITIL)
Experience in regulated environments, such as insurance or financial services, is advantageous
Confident oral and written communication in German and English with structured, solution-oriented approach
Maintain overview in complex topics with high self-responsibility, initiative, and decision-making ability

Responsibilities

Lead the functional and disciplinary management of the IT Operations & Cloud team and continuously develop your team
Ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations of systems and services in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance
Manage and coordinate service providers, cloud providers, and other IT service providers for seamless collaboration
Oversee the introduction, further development, and operation of infrastructure and platform solutions with your team
Implement and evolve ITSM methods and standards, continuously optimizing processes like incident, problem, and change management
Plan resources and capacities in close coordination with department leadership and steer projects in IT Operations & Cloud
Collaborate closely with other IT teams and departments for transparent communication and cross-functional cooperation
