Requirements

  • 4+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in AI/ML implementation
  • Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
  • Knowledge of Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
  • Understanding of NLP techniques and conversational AI
  • Experience with agent-based architectures preferred
  • Knowledge of financial services domain is a plus

  • Implement LLM integration using standardized prompts and configurations

  • Build optimization request builders that generate valid payloads
  • Implement pre-flight validation via Policy Agent
  • Develop explainability components for AI-driven decisions
  • Fine-tune and optimize AI models for specific use cases
