Clerkie is a fintech startup on a mission to democratize financial wellness using the power of artificial intelligence. We're looking for a driven, curious, and collaborative Associate Product Manager to join our small-but-mighty Product team, working closely with PMs, designers, engineers, and directly with our CEO and co-founder.

In this hands-on role, you'll partner with PMs, designers, and engineers to explore problems and shape solutions across both our consumer-facing experiences and B2B platform. You'll support discovery, documentation, and delivery for key product work streams, helping scope and ship features from research through release.

You'll join team rituals like sprint planning, retros, and roadmap reviews, keeping the team organized with clear requirements, thoughtful tracking, and great communication. This is ideal for someone in the early stages of their product career who's ready to take on real ownership and build strong fundamentals.

Our goal is for this role to be a true launchpad: building the skills, judgment, and confidence needed for long-term growth in product at Clerkie or beyond. You'll grow alongside experienced product leaders in a fast-paced Series A environment.

Requirements

Early experience working in a product-focused role
Ability to clearly communicate across various technical teams, clients, and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
User empathy and a curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving
Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment

Responsibilities

Partner with PMs, designers, and engineers to explore problems and shape solutions
Work directly on high-priority initiatives across our SaaS products
Support discovery, documentation, and delivery for key product work streams
Join and contribute to team rituals like sprint planning, retros, and roadmap reviews
Help scope and ship features from research through release
Keep the team organized with clear requirements, thoughtful tracking, and great communication
Bring fresh eyes, user empathy, and curiosity to everything you touch
