As a Senior Product Manager on the Outreach team within Payer Data Product, you will lead product strategy and execution for a technology-first approach to provider outreach via internal operations teams.

You will drive investments in intuitive internal user experiences for agents and operators, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled workflows that empower operations teams to engage with providers more efficiently and at scale. Your focus will be on driving efficiency, scalability, and transparency in the retrieval of medical data.

You will set the vision for what success looks like, determine how to use the organization's resources to get there, and drive execution by motivating and hands-on doing. This includes writing great product documentation, a recurring roadmap, and business cases that provide clarity and motivation for what needs to be built.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a product management, product strategy, or similar role, ideally at a B2B health tech or healthcare company
  • Experience building and managing call center products, healthcare data workflows, or other high-volume, operations-focused systems
  • Thoughtful about your work, knowing when to zoom in on details and zoom out on the bigger picture
  • Highly organized and able to keep track of multiple threads easily, with team members confident in a product outcome when they know you are owning it
  • High bandwidth and high product output, with a complete understanding of the systems your product touches and how they are used in practice

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision for your product by outlining the customer need, how we solve the problem, and how this will evolve in 3 months, 1 year, and 5 years from now
  • Be customer-centric by obsessing about solving the customer's problem and engaging with customers and customer-facing teams on a daily basis
  • Be decisive by identifying current and future areas of ambiguity and providing direction along with reasoning and analysis
  • Drive execution by writing great product documentation, including a recurring roadmap and business cases, that provide clarity and motivation for what we need to build
  • Drive adoption by working closely across an organization, removing objections and roadblocks, and getting a firsthand view of how the product is received
  • Be a leader through example and attitude, generating workable solutions and taking good ideas from wherever they come
