Join Noda’s Automation team as an Assistant Product Manager, a new function at the intersection of building science and data science. Identify opportunities to embed AI into products for customer value and build internal tools to streamline workflows. Report to the Director of AI & Product Innovation with ownership from day one.

Daily work involves exploring AI applications, building prototypes, conducting customer interviews, and developing internal tools for engineering, sales, and operations teams. Stay current on AI developments like large language models and autonomous agents relevant to building technology. Conduct applied research into automation for commercial real estate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Recent graduate
  • Curious and driven mindset
  • Interest in AI, automation, and data science
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycle
  • Ability to conduct research and structured interviews
  • Understanding of building operations and commercial real estate workflows
  • Basic prototyping skills for AI features

Responsibilities

  • Explore and evaluate opportunities to apply AI and automation within Noda’s product, identifying value for building owners, operators, and sustainability teams
  • Build prototypes and proofs-of-concept for new product features to validate ideas quickly
  • Contribute to product requirements documents for AI-powered features, translating prototypes into specifications
  • Conduct structured interviews and collect feedback from customers and internal teams to understand workflows and pain points
  • Build requirements documents for internal tooling and develop AI-powered tools for Noda’s teams
  • Provide hands-on support to internal teams adopting new tools
  • Stay current on AI, large language models, autonomous agents, and data science developments
  • Conduct applied research into automation and AI for building technology and commercial real estate
