The Workforce & Intelligent Routing platform powers how the enterprise connects customers with the right expertise at the right moment. This team builds the intelligent data backbone optimizing our global workforce at the intersection of human capital and machine intelligence.

As a strategic architect, define the long-term approach for workforce data consumption across the organization. Partner with Card Data, Enterprise Data, and Technology teams to create foundational assets, not silos.

Act as a human-centered data evangelist and technical translator, building products that solve complex problems for diverse users. Demonstrate proficiency in Capital One's Product Framework: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related)
  • Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration
  • Strategic architect excited by defining approaches and long-term strategies
  • Enterprise influencer skilled at partnering across data and technology teams
  • Human-centered data evangelist focused on solving problems behind data points
  • Technical translator able to engage data engineers and executives

Responsibilities

  • Define the approach and long-term strategy for how workforce data is consumed across the organization
  • Partner with Card Data, Enterprise Data, and Technology teams to build foundational data assets
  • Build human-centered data products that solve complex problems for diverse user groups including agents and customers
  • Translate technical details on publishing patterns and ecosystem architecture to executive stakeholders
  • Create the intelligent data backbone that optimizes workforce efficiency and customer connections
  • Drive innovative data products at the intersection of human capital and machine intelligence
  • Obsess over customer needs to reimagine and innovate workforce solutions
