About this role

We're not hiring software engineers who sometimes use AI. We're hiring builders who don't write code without it. Ship applications, platforms, and systems using Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next as your primary development environment. Building is the point.

Ideate and build with AI to explore problem spaces, generate product ideas, and prototype from vague problems without detailed specs. Code with AI as co-developer using Claude Code or Cursor to generate, refactor, test, and document. Review and improve AI-generated code, building guardrails and feedback loops.

Ship end-to-end from idea to production deployment and iteration, not just prototypes. Explore autonomous AI systems and agents that run continuously, maintain context, and take real actions. Current tools include Claude Code, Cursor, GPT-5.2, Grok 4.1, TypeScript, Python, AWS, GCP, PostgreSQL.

Requirements

2-8 years of software engineering experience with shift to AI-first development using Claude Code or Cursor before keyboard
Ship production software: Real systems handling users that break and teach beyond AI knowledge, making AI catch mistakes
Move fast and fix things: Prototype, test with users, iterate on feedback, fix breaks directly without tickets
Full-stack builder: Comfort with frontend, backend, APIs, databases, deployment, not precious about domain
Bonus: Experimented with autonomous agents like Claude Agent SDK, OpenClaw, OpenAI Codex agents, or built always-on AI systems

Responsibilities

Ideate and build with AI: Use AI to explore problem spaces, generate product ideas, and define what to build from vague problem to working prototype
Code with AI as your co-developer: Use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to generate, refactor, test, and document code through AI collaboration
Review and improve, not just generate: Use AI to review AI-generated code, catching issues at scale and building guardrails and feedback loops
Ship end-to-end: Own the full arc from idea, architecture, implementation, deployment, iteration to production features
Explore autonomous AI systems: Build and deploy AI agents that run continuously, maintain context, take real actions, and work proactively
