This Data Engineer role sits within the Global Investment Systems Team and focuses on product development and maintenance of data solutions. You will collaborate with implementation teams to support solution roll-out across GroupM agencies.

Requirements

Experience building and managing databases using SQL and Azure data technologies.
Hands-on experience designing and deploying ELT pipelines.
Strong understanding of data workflow orchestration and error handling.
Ability to work with large-scale data environments and petabyte-scale datasets.
Familiarity with cloud-based data architectures and micro-services.

Responsibilities

Assist in the build, development, and management of custom databases/solutions using SQL and Azure data technology stack.
Design, build and deploy ELT pipelines and data management processes.
Operationalise ELT job workflow with reliable error/exception handling and rollback framework.
Monitor and maintain data pipeline performance and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
Implement data quality checks and validation processes within pipelines.
