About this role

Togetherwork is seeking a Delivery Product Manager to join our Product organization, a role that combines Product Manager and Product Owner responsibilities with end-to-end accountability across the full product lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning ideas into shipped, measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from idea inception through roadmap approval, build, and launch, acting as Product Owner for assigned areas. Your day-to-day includes backlog ownership, story definition, and sprint readiness, while translating company and product strategy into clear roadmaps and prioritized initiatives.

You will work in deep partnership with Engineering, Design, Revenue, CX, Operations, and Support, sharing accountability for delivering stable, modern, insight-driven products. The environment is collaborative, data-informed, and customer-centered, grounded in professionalism and positive intent, with a strong bias toward execution.

This role offers the opportunity to own smaller product areas or highly strategic initiatives that require close collaboration and disciplined delivery. You will contribute to quarterly and annual planning processes and continuously refine delivery practices to improve speed and quality.
