About this role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an IT Project and Product Manager for Analytics to join the Transport and Distribution Management product team in Toulouse, France. This role is part of the ERP CoE Logistics and Planning division, focused on transforming Airbus logistics through advanced analytic solutions.

You will drive the Analytics sub-product delivery roadmap, structuring project activities and monitoring the allocated IM resource budget. Day-to-day, you will design functional and technical specifications in collaboration with business stakeholders, architecture, and core product teams, while coordinating development resources within a multi-functional Agile team.

As a member of the Transport and Distribution Management product team, you will prepare Agile and SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning and program backlogs, facilitate feature estimations, and resolve project impediments or risks. You will also ensure robust testing, validation, and follow-up of deployed analytical solutions across all Airbus sites.

Requirements

Strong background in Engineering.
Professional experience in IT Supply Chain or Logistics transformation.
Technical expertise in SAP HANA, Palantir/Skywise, UI5, AWS NOP, or S/4HANA.
Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Drive the Analytics sub-product delivery roadmap, structure project activities, and monitor the allocated IM resource budget.
Design and develop functional and technical specifications in collaboration with business stakeholders, architecture, and core product teams.
Coordinate development resources within the multi-functional Agile team (MFT) and serve as a liaison to secure solution integrity.
Prepare Agile/SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, program backlogs) and facilitate feature estimations.
Resolve project impediments or risks to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure robust testing, validation, and follow-up of deployed analytical solutions (SAP HANA, Skywise, AWS) across all Airbus sites.
