Join the Data, Digital Sales & Engagement (DDSE) team, a multidisciplinary group of specialists in digital marketing, content production, web analysis, and Data Science. Engage new and existing personal customers in digital channels to drive sales through online banking, mobile banking, and Nordea.no. Provide personalized follow-up and advice via digital platforms.

Requirements
- Some experience as Data Scientist ready to grow and take responsibility
- Curious and driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team
- Familiarity with Python and SQL
- Experience with data analysis across sources and channels
- Knowledge of building models for customer behavior prediction
- Ability to simplify processes and identify new data sources
Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to Digital Sales team to develop and improve data usage in marketing campaigns, expose new data points and sources, and build and document data foundation for marketing automation tool
- Set up campaigns, follow up on effects, and evaluate results
- Analyze data from various sources and provide recommendations
- Assess quality of existing data sources and contribute to continuous improvement
- Participate in discussions on business requirements, data quality, and methods for data processing and structuring
- Support and collaborate with data-savvy end-users
- Work with tools including Snowflake, Cloudera HUE Hive/Impala, Python, SQL, Bitbucket, Power BI, and Streamlit
