About this role
Alpha Omega seeks a Director specialized in Cybersecurity Architecture and Strategy to join their team. The ideal candidate brings deep functional and technical cybersecurity experience to implement solutions aligned with client mission objectives. This architect designs and delivers resilient cybersecurity mission solutions across Zero Trust pillars during the DevSecOps lifecycle.
Support mission delivery services in the analysis of security program challenges and solutions. Develop, engineer, and architect secure FISMA systems for federal clients. Plan, research, and design RMF, CSF, and Zero Trust architectures while enhancing CISO team competencies.
Lead technical teams to develop innovative mission cybersecurity solutions across on-prem, cloud, and mobile environments. Act as Cyber Security Liaison for leadership, Client Services, Partners, and Customers. Maintain acute awareness of government Cybersecurity standards, laws, and guidance from key US federal agencies.
Develop relationships and pursue opportunities for Alpha Omega’s growth on transformative efforts for US federal agencies. Formulate partnerships with technology providers and participate in proposal development and industry events. Deliver proof of concepts, demos, presentations, and white papers to increase awareness of capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 12 years experience in Cybersecurity solution development, engineering, security operations and/or GRC services
- Technical working knowledge of IT systems in multiple environments – on-prem, cloud and mobile
- 6 years of experience working in a Federal cyber security environment
- Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST – RMF, CSF and ZTF
- Knowledge of FISMA systems and A&A lifecycle across all aspects of the Risk Management Framework
- Experience with Agile and DevSecOps
- Must be a U.S Citizen and be able to get security clearance
