About this role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support Supply Chain Analytics by delivering insights through dashboards, reporting, and data visualization. This role partners with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable analytics. It supports decision-making across planning, transportation, inventory, and warehouse operations.

The position focuses on end-to-end reporting and analytics, including data preparation, modeling, and visualization using Power BI and Tableau. Connect to data sources like data warehouses such as Redshift, ERP systems, and structured datasets. Prepare and transform data using Power Query, Tableau Prep, or similar tools.

Build and maintain data models and calculations within BI tools to support scalable reporting. Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure data accuracy by validating outputs against source systems and support user acceptance testing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles
Experience developing dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, with familiarity in both tools preferred
Experience with data preparation using Power Query, Tableau Prep, or similar tools
Experience creating calculations and metrics using DAX or Tableau calculations
Experience connecting to data platforms such as Redshift or similar cloud-based data warehouses
Basic SQL knowledge for data querying and validation

Responsibilities
