In this role within our Global Data & Analytics organization, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer by developing advanced analytical solutions and uncovering business opportunities through data.

You will build predictive models and analytical solutions that support commercial growth and business performance. Your day-to-day work involves translating business challenges into data-driven approaches, analyzing customer behavior, segmentation, pricing, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.

You will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to identify opportunities and optimize outcomes. This role offers the chance to act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, helping stakeholders make informed decisions through data while contributing to the continuous improvement of analytical methods and best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree within Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience working with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making
  • Solid skills in Python and SQL
  • Experience working with modern analytics and cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts, forecasting, segmentation, experimentation, and statistical analysis
  • Comfortable translating complex analytical findings into practical business recommendations
  • Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Commercial mindset and understanding of how data can create business value, improve customer experiences, and support growth

Responsibilities

  • Build predictive models and analytical solutions that support commercial growth and business performance
  • Translate business challenges into data-driven approaches and actionable recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to identify opportunities and optimize outcomes
  • Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, pricing, and market trends to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence colleagues to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that make insights accessible and impactful
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytical workflows
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, helping stakeholders make informed decisions through data
