Lead your own product area through discovery and delivery cycles. Analyze user data to form testable hypotheses and growth ideas. Build AI-assisted prototypes, run A/B tests, and decide what goes to production.

Bridge business and technology by translating requirements into specs and results into decisions. Represent your area to the board and partners, managing risks and dependencies. Thrive in a high-ownership environment with direct impact on company goals.

Requirements

3+ years as PM/PO with history of implementations delivering concrete business effects (specific ‘did X, raised Y by Z%’)
Daily, conscious use of AI in PM work—with a workflow you can demonstrate
Discovery in practice: conducted interviews, usability tests, hypothesis validation
Experience prioritizing backlog, leading roadmap, communicating with multiple stakeholders
A/B tests: define success metrics and interpret results honestly, even if negative
Decisiveness: concrete examples of product decisions (direction change, feature rejection, scope adjustment) with justification and impact
Read and modify frontend code at prototyping level for self-sufficiency

Responsibilities

Lead your own product area in discovery/delivery cycle—validate future features and monitor ongoing work
Keep area roadmap aligned with company goals, prioritize backlog, and ensure its quality
Analyze data and user behavior, turning it into testable business hypotheses and growth ideas
Build working prototypes with AI help, hand them to developers, and test with real users
Design and implement A/B tests based on data—from hypothesis and success metrics to go/no-go decisions
Prioritize and decide what goes to production, what to reject, and when to pivot direction
Define MVP scope and product development, maintaining it during development
Act as bridge between business and technology—translate requirements to specs and tech results to business decisions
