For over 25 years, Global Relay has set the standard in enterprise information archiving with industry-leading cloud archiving, surveillance, eDiscovery, and analytics solutions. We securely capture and preserve communications data of the world’s most highly regulated firms. The Group Product Manager assumes product ownership of critical experiences within the Archive product line, focusing on backend platform services for enterprise data, compliance, eDiscovery, and AI/machine learning.

Drive product strategy, innovation, and excellence by working with clients across finance, insurance, healthcare, and energy to discover, define, and develop differentiating capabilities. Lead Technical Product Managers, define the strategic roadmap, and represent it to the business. Ensure a culture of personal growth, safety, and respect within the team.

Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to build best-in-class features and experiences. Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams, including architects and other product groups, to break work into releasable increments. Manage cross-product dependencies and the full product lifecycle from launch to end-of-life.

Requirements

  • Product management leadership in enterprise archiving or compliance solutions
  • Experience owning backend platforms for managing enterprise data into archives
  • Knowledge of compliance, eDiscovery capabilities, and AI/machine learning integration
  • Proven ability to lead Technical Product Managers and define strategic roadmaps
  • Understanding of client needs in regulated industries like finance, insurance, healthcare, and energy
  • Skill in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and product differentiation
  • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and sales
  • Ability to manage product lifecycles including launches and end-of-life activities

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, outcomes, and roadmap for the product group in line with organizational strategy
  • Work with design, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to discover, define, and develop product features
  • Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into the product roadmap
  • Communicate the business and customer value of the product roadmap across departments
  • Manage the full-cycle of the product group including market assessment, strategy, releases, and launches
  • Develop tracking and reporting to analyze product performance post-launch
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment between cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering to break work into small market-releasable increments
