New York City, US · Full-time · $130,000 – $160,000

About this role

Duetti is redefining how independent music creators monetize and grow their careers. We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to join as an early member of our Data Team and help build the systems that power artist sourcing, track pricing, portfolio management, and catalog growth.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, engineering, and product with high autonomy and technical ownership. You will own the core models and transformations that drive track and catalog pricing decisions, and partner with Finance & Management to uncover insights into catalog performance and revenue drivers.

Because data fuels everything we do, the Data Team works horizontally across the entire company. You'll collaborate with music-industry veterans, financial experts, and senior engineers and data scientists on a variety of initiatives, from deal-flow optimization to catalog pricing. The environment is ambitious and high-ownership, where your work will have immediate, tangible impact.

You will help define the future of our data products and explore building LLM-powered internal tools that automate data workflows. This is an opportunity to dive deep into streaming performance and catalog behavior to uncover optimization opportunities for acquired catalogs, reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics.

  • A builder mindset: autonomous, curious, proactive, and excited to shape a fast-moving analytics stack
  • Experience with music streaming data, KPIs, or creator-economy platforms (preferred but not required)
