Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in data warehouse development.
- Deep understanding of data warehouse theory, with practical experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and data governance.
- Proficient in the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, MapReduce, Yarn, Hive) and at least one computing engine such as Spark or Flink, with extensive performance tuning experience.
- Skilled in using data platform tools for pipeline orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with dimensional data modeling (e.g., star schema, snowflake).
- Experience with cloud-based data infrastructure (e.g., AWS S3, Redshift, or GCP BigQuery).
- Proficiency in Python or Scala for building data pipelines and automation.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand the business and collaborate closely with product, operations, data analysts, and algorithm engineers to accurately complete data requirements.
- Be familiar with data governance, including metadata management, data security, and cost optimization, and promote its implementation.
- Participate in the platformization and productization of data development, scheduling, monitoring, and governance tools to enhance overall data development efficiency.
- Design and build scalable data pipelines to support the ingestion and processing of large volumes of user interaction data.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval across the Hadoop ecosystem, including Hive, Spark, and Flink.
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure reliability and accuracy of data assets.
- Collaborate with algorithm engineers to ensure data availability and quality for training and deploying machine learning models.
