In this role, you will execute advanced data analysis projects supporting site data and digitalization efforts with little to no guidance. You will implement predictive modeling, real-time monitoring, and statistical process control using front-end applications to drive data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build data pipelines for cleaning, transforming, and combining datasets from a wide variety of sources. Your work will support manufacturing, business, and project departments with process understanding and systematic problem solving.

Requirements

  • Experience executing advanced data analysis projects with little to no guidance
  • Proficiency in predictive modeling, forecasting, and statistical process control techniques
  • Ability to design and build data pipelines for cleaning, transforming, and combining datasets
  • Experience with front-end applications for data visualization and business control systems integration
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with AMS (Advanced Manufacturing Solutions) or similar systems is a plus
  • Proactive self-development and initiative to understand site process control and data management systems

Responsibilities

  • Execute projects to develop, validate, implement, and maintain analysis tools supporting data-driven decisions using established methodologies
  • Implement advanced predictive modeling, forecasting, real-time monitoring, business control systems integration, and statistical process control optimization using front-end applications
  • Identify and ideate improvement and optimization projects based on stakeholder needs, defining problem formulation, objectives, and scope
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build data pipelines for cleaning, transforming, and combining datasets from diverse sources
  • Support manufacturing, business, and project departments with process understanding, analyses, and systematic problem solving
  • Train stakeholders on implemented AMS solutions and maintain those solutions when process changes or new requirements arise
  • Own self-development and initiative to understand site process control systems and data management systems
