Support development of statistical, machine learning, and AI models to improve product development, pricing strategies, and customer experiences. Contribute to design and continuous improvement of rule-based and analytical decision support logic in pricing processes. Analyze historical and transactional data to calibrate recommendations and assess business impact.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data science, data engineering, pricing, and business partners to identify analytics opportunities. Partner with pricing, sales, and business stakeholders to translate commercial policies into analytically sound solutions. Communicate findings through documentation, presentations, and visualizations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (including internships, co-ops, or academic projects) applying statistics and Python to real-world datasets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree a plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Hands-on knowledge of applied statistics and experimentation (e.g., hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, A/B testing)
  • Core machine learning concepts (e.g., classification, regression, model evaluation)
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy) and working knowledge of SQL for querying data

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of statistical, machine learning, and AI models to improve product development, pricing strategies, and customer experiences
  • Contribute to the design, refinement, and continuous improvement of rule-based and analytical decision support logic used in pricing and commercial processes
  • Stay abreast of relevant research and industry developments and help prototype and evaluate new data science and AI techniques, including responsible use of generative AI
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where analytics and AI can deliver measurable value
  • Partner with pricing, sales, and business stakeholders to translate commercial policies, objectives, and constraints into analytically sound and explainable solutions
  • Analyze historical and transactional data to calibrate recommendations, validate outcomes, identify edge cases, and assess business impact across markets
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and tradeoffs through clear documentation, presentations, and visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Follow established practices for data privacy, security, and responsible AI; proactively raise risks, assumptions, and questions
