About this role

RB Global / IAA is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end buyer experience within our digital automotive marketplace. This role focuses on helping customers search, evaluate, and purchase vehicles online through intuitive, data-driven product experiences.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to improve search, SEO, personalization, and merchandising capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with a deep understanding of user behavior and online commerce.

You will own and evolve the buyer journey across search, browse, and purchase experiences, leveraging AI/ML to enhance search, recommendations, personalization, and merchandising. Success is defined by a clear, executed roadmap that drives buyer engagement and revenue, improved search and discovery performance, and a seamless, intuitive buyer experience.

This is a high-impact role shaping the strategic direction of our buyer-facing marketplace. You will help shape the future of a large-scale digital marketplace used by buyers around the world, with the opportunity to influence product strategy, improve customer experience, and drive profitable growth across the business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management or Product Development experience
  • Experience owning customer-facing digital products (marketplace, eCommerce, or SaaS)
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the buyer journey across search, browse, and purchase experiences
  • Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver product improvements
  • Build and execute a product roadmap aligned with RB Global growth objectives
  • Leverage AI/ML to enhance search, recommendations, personalization, and merchandising
  • Monitor product performance using analytics tools and experimentation platforms
  • Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlogs
  • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders
