You will develop reliable data products as the basis for innovative, user-oriented solutions for data analysis and prediction. You design, test, and implement ETL loading routes in the Snowflake Data Platform and expand data models as required.

You coordinate further development of solutions with dedicated departments and are jointly responsible for monitoring, quality assurance, and error analysis in our data platform. You constantly pursue optimization potentials for analytics solutions.

You are enthusiastic about revolutionizing the daily work of users and supporting data-driven decision-making. Experience in machine learning and AI is valued as we aim to push the boundaries of analytics.

Requirements

Degree in business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification
Experience as a data engineer or in comparable roles in the data management environment of a data warehouse or big data
Familiar with relevant backend technologies in analytics, in particular Snowflake and Talend
Absolute expert in SQLs, ideally also familiar with Python and API interfaces
Team player with experience in agile working methods, ideally Scrum
Enthusiastic about revolutionizing the daily work of users and supporting data-driven decision-making, with experience in machine learning and AI
Confident and business fluent communication in English, optionally German skills round off your profile

Responsibilities

Develop reliable data products as the basis for innovative, user-oriented solutions for data analysis and prediction
Design, test, and implement ETL loading routes in the Snowflake Data Platform
Design and expand data models as required
Analyze business requirements and create technical concepts and documentation for ETL loading routes
Coordinate further development of solutions along with dedicated departments within the organization
Jointly responsible for monitoring, quality assurance, and error analysis/remediation in the data platform
Constantly pursue optimization potentials for analytics solutions and aim to implement them
