About this role

At GMV, we believe cybersecurity goes beyond pentesting, and we are expanding our Infrastructure and Cybersecurity team in the high-performance environments section. This role focuses on the deployment of cybersecurity infrastructures, especially in the area of EDR/XDR platforms.

In this position, you will carry out the installation and deployment of cybersecurity technologies in production environments. You will also analyze and design security environments through the integration of different solutions, collaborating on projects across the various sections of the division.

Our team values graduates in engineering with hands-on experience in Linux systems, virtualization environments, and network communication protocols. We are looking for someone with proven experience in the deployment and administration of EDR/XDR solutions such as SentinelOne, Check Point, or Trend Micro.

We offer a hybrid working model with 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area, flexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours on Fridays and in summer. Requirements

Graduate degree in engineering
Experience with Linux systems (RHEL, SLES, Ubuntu)
Knowledge of virtualization environments (VMWare)
Knowledge of networks and communication protocols (TCP/IP)
Experience in the deployment and administration of EDR/XDR solutions (SentinelOne, Check Point, Trend Micro, etc.)
Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL and Oracle) is valued
Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) is valued

Responsibilities

Install and deploy cybersecurity technologies in production environments
Analyze and design security environments through the integration of different solutions
Collaborate on projects across the various sections of the division
Deploy and administer EDR/XDR platforms such as SentinelOne, Check Point, and Trend Micro
Configure and maintain Linux systems (RHEL, SLES, Ubuntu) in secure environments
Manage virtualization environments (VMWare) for security infrastructure
Troubleshoot network and communication protocols (TCP/IP) related to security deployments
