As a Growth Product Manager, you'll lead cross-functional work across product and marketing teams to move metrics that impact Teachable's self-service business for creator-educators.

Day-to-day, you'll identify and prioritize growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, monetization, retention, and funnel performance. You'll develop clear hypotheses, strategy, and success metrics for growth initiatives, and lead cross-functional execution alongside designers, engineers, and marketers.

You'll be part of a dynamic, cross-cultural team at an exciting turning point within the global Hotmart Company portfolio, which has helped creators earn over $10 billion. Together, Teachable and Hotmart are delivering market-leading products focused on student outcomes and business growth.

This role offers the opportunity to synthesize customer feedback, behavioral data, and market context into actionable growth insights. You'll help raise the quality of thinking, execution, and operating rigor across the growth team and the entire company.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience with meaningful time spent on growth-focused areas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Replit) for product work.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, and marketing.
  • Strong ability to develop hypotheses, strategy, and success metrics for experiments.
  • Proficient in analyzing and communicating performance data with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, define, and prioritize meaningful growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, monetization, retention, and funnel performance.
  • Develop clear hypotheses, strategy, and success metrics for growth initiatives and experiments.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Write high-quality briefs and create demonstrable prototypes to convey requirements and planned experiences.
  • Own day-to-day progress of growth initiatives by resolving ambiguity, unblocking dependencies, and making critical decisions.
  • Lead launches and experimentation efforts, including QA, rollout planning, measurement, and iteration.
  • Analyze and communicate performance of launches, experiments, and funnel changes with clear recommendations on next steps.
  • Synthesize customer feedback, behavioral data, and market context into actionable growth insights.
