Eterno

Berlin, DE · Full-time · €80,000 – €110,000

About this role

You will drive the strategic development of the ETERNO Cloud at the intersection of user experience, technology, and business. Your focus is on real impact: tangible improvements for physicians, practice teams, and patients that also contribute to our business goals.

In this role, you shape how we expand our discovery processes and product practices, helping us reach the next level. You work in a unique setup: we operate our own clinics, so you test new features directly at the point of care, gaining first-hand feedback daily.

You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with the team, continuously discover problems through direct user access, and prioritize based on evidence. You partner with engineering to build intuitive, scalable solutions and influence stakeholders across sales, marketing, and leadership through shared goals and data.

You will also drive improvements in our ways of working and coach the team, fostering a culture of outcome-oriented product management. This role offers the chance to build product practices from the ground up in a growing company.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or HealthTech.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset — measuring success by user and business impact, not feature output.
  • Understanding of the commercial side: how the business makes money and making product decisions based on business and user value.
  • Experience building or evolving product practices, ideally in a changing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap with the team, focusing on solving key problems for users and creating business value.
  • Conduct continuous discovery using direct access to our own clinics, testing assumptions in real treatment settings.
  • Solve problems rather than deliver features, making evidence-based decisions on what to prioritize.
  • Collaborate with engineering as a partner to develop intuitive, scalable, and future-proof solutions.
  • Influence sales, marketing, operations, and leadership through evidence and shared goals, not by mandate.
  • Drive improvements in ways of working and coach the team through leading by example and shared learning.

Benefits

  • Direct access to real users and point-of-care testing in owned clinics.
  • Opportunity to shape and build product practices from the ground up.
  • Collaborative environment with strong customer and market focus.
