We're seeking an Associate Product Manager to drive high-impact initiatives across our Ads organization, sitting at the intersection of product strategy, analytics, and engineering.

In this role, you'll design and launch new advertiser experiences across our ads products, including creative-first workflows, campaign management tools, and new ad formats. You'll own advertiser pilot programs, experiment with ad experience formats, and analyze performance data to determine what drives better outcomes for advertisers and users.

You'll operate with significant autonomy in a fast-paced environment, working directly with leadership to shape product direction across AppLovin's advertising ecosystem. You'll partner with Engineering, Product Design, Business Development, and Growth teams to drive initiatives from concept through launch.

This role offers the opportunity to drive measurable improvements in advertiser adoption, engagement, and product usage while shaping the evolution of AppLovin's advertising platform. You'll influence product strategy across mobile, ecommerce, and CTV advertising products, helping advertisers achieve stronger outcomes through improved workflows, tools, and measurement capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive initiatives across product strategy, analytics, and engineering with ownership across an entire ads portfolio.
  • Experience designing and launching advertiser-facing products or features, including creative workflows, campaign management tools, or ad formats.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics and evaluate product performance through experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL for analyzing advertiser behavior, product usage, campaign performance, and revenue impact.
  • Experience managing pilot programs, coordinating cross-functional feedback, and measuring adoption and usage uplift.
  • Ability to identify product gaps and growth opportunities using quantitative data, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Product Design, Business Development, and Growth teams to drive initiatives from concept through launch.

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch new advertiser experiences across our ads products, including creative-first workflows, campaign management tools, and new ad formats.
  • Own advertiser pilot programs by identifying early adopters, coordinating feedback across Product, Engineering, Design, and Client Strategy teams, and measuring uplift in key KPIs like usage and adoption.
  • Experiment with ad experience formats and analyze performance data to determine what drives better outcomes for advertisers and users.
  • Define success metrics and evaluate product performance through rigorous experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Build analyses using SQL to understand advertiser behavior, product usage, campaign performance, and revenue impact.
  • Identify product gaps and growth opportunities, develop product recommendations, and influence roadmap decisions through quantitative data, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Help scope and launch integrations with third-party measurement, attribution, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Monitor key business metrics, investigate performance trends, and develop recommendations that influence product strategy.
