About this role

At Qwello, our mission is to revolutionize the charging industry and turn the world from combustion to electric. As a Data Scientist on our growing DATA team, you will create models that allow us to predict behavior and desired values, directly supporting strategic business and technical decisions.

You will work with engineering teams and business units to understand requirements for predictive models, then design, build, train, and evaluate those models end to end. You own your work from ideation through field performance evaluation, continuously improving based on real-world feedback.

You will be a key player in fostering profitability and innovation across the company, enabling the next steps in charging the ever-growing number of EVs more efficiently without adding to grid overload. You collaborate with an international team of more than 30 nationalities in a culture that values diversity of thought and engineering excellence.

By building innovative models and pipelines, you actively help transform the world to be more sustainable and less polluted. This role offers the opportunity to shape the mobility revolution and make a tangible impact on the environment.

  • Ability to self-organize in an environment of changing priorities and willingness to work on multiple tasks with content switching
