About this role

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Technical Product Manager for our in-house developed Computer Graphics engine. The role transforms complex business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions that align software products with strategic objectives and user needs.

Grip is an end-to-end content automation platform that generates infinite ad variations by combining CGI, rule-based generative AI, and post-production. It converts master ad creatives into a deeply modular configurator for effortless visual adaptations while maintaining brand consistency.

You will collaborate daily with product owners, developers, and the CTO to design system solutions and ensure seamless integration. The position requires close coordination with QA teams, CSMs, and Project Managers to deliver functional requirements and resolve system issues.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science (ideally Computer Graphics), Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment for a minimum of 7 years.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, database systems, cloud infrastructure and programming languages (Azure + C#, TypeScript, NodeJS).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and Translate Requirements: Interpret user stories and business requirements to develop comprehensive system requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers and the CTO to design effective software and system solutions.
  • Identify areas for system enhancements and process optimization, proposing innovative solutions to improve system functionality and efficiency.
  • Create detailed reports and documentation of system designs, specifications, and technical discussions.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure systems meet quality standards and functional requirements, providing proper test data and scenarios.
  • Provide ongoing support and technical advice to team members, assisting in troubleshooting and addressing system-related issues.
