About this role

Relias is seeking a Data Engineer I to own the revenue data platform that powers analytics and AI across the customer lifecycle. This role is critical for a company that helps over 11,000 healthcare organizations improve clinical and financial outcomes by elevating team performance.

In this role, you will design and operate ingestion pipelines from Salesforce and other RevTech systems into Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360). You will build and maintain identity resolution and data models, integrate third-party enrichment sources, and prepare the trusted data foundation that grounds our Agentforce agents.

You will partner with Revenue Technology colleagues, the Salesforce architecture team, and central data engineering to translate business needs into reliable data products. The role offers a flexible work environment with onsite and work from home options, allowing you to choose when you want to come into the office.

Requirements

Experience designing and building data pipelines into cloud data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Databricks)
Proficiency with data modeling and identity resolution techniques for customer and account data
Experience integrating data from CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot/MCAE, Gong)
Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data sources
Understanding of data governance principles and permissioned data access
Experience with APIs and streaming patterns for data ingestion

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines into Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) from Salesforce CRM, Gong, Pardot (MCAE), and other revenue systems using native connectors, APIs, and streaming patterns
Build and maintain Data Cloud data models, mapping to the canonical data model, and configure identity resolution rulesets to unify customer and account data across sources
Prepare, structure, and govern the data foundation that grounds Agentforce, including unstructured sources, so agents operate on accurate, current, and permissioned data
Integrate Data Cloud with the Relias Information Hub on Databricks and onboard new structured and unstructured sources
Integrate third-party enrichment sources to enhance revenue data quality and completeness
Partner with Revenue Technology colleagues, the Salesforce architecture team, and central data engineering to translate business needs into reliable data products
