About this role

Contributes to the overall success of Enterprise Platforms & EUC Engineering in Canada and globally, ensuring individual goals align with business strategies. Provides senior technical leadership and technical product ownership for the Bank’s virtual workspace platforms, including Citrix, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID. Accountable for designing, engineering, and operating end-to-end solutions delivering secure, scalable user experiences at enterprise scale.

Champions a customer-focused culture, engineering virtual workspace and Cloud PC solutions with user experience, reliability, and performance as first-class outcomes. Acts as senior technical authority and technical product lead, owning solution direction from concept through operations. Leads design and engineering of large-scale Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions with identity-integrated, security-by-design deployments.

Owns the technical product backlog, translating business outcomes, user requirements, risks, and feedback into prioritized engineering work. Drives end-to-end decisions across identity, networking, endpoint management, security, automation, monitoring, and support. Partners closely with engineering, product, security, infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams in a global enterprise environment.

Uses experience telemetry and operational data to continuously improve performance and reduce friction. Serves as the highest technical escalation point for complex design or operational issues. Functions as a senior individual contributor bridging product strategy, engineering execution, and operational readiness while influencing cross-functional teams.
